Where do I start? I love music - Jazz, rock, blues, folk, some country music, world, ambient, electronic, some heavy metal, some classical..., the odd pop song here and there. Always looking for new stuff to try. Favourite albums? Too many to mention - as a starter I always get something from these: Solid Air by John Martyn, Moon Beams by Bill Evans, Close to the Edge by Yes, Sail Away by Randy Newman, Secrets of the Beehive by David Sylvian, The Music of John Barry (a compilation from the mid 70s), A Moon Shaped Pool, Stand Up by Jethro Tull, Meddle by Pink Floyd I don’t like UB40 or Meatloaf I’ll say that

Reading is something I would like to do a lot more of and made a concerted effort over the last few years. Sci-fi and fantasy led I suppose but willing to try most things. Favourite authors include : George Orwell, Hermann Hesse, Christopher Priest, Kurt Vonnegut Currently reading : Don Quixote (although have stalled a bit...)
