Favourite music
Anything that's innovative or otherwise amazing. Rock heroes (besides Radiohead, of course) include David Byrne, Nick Cave, the Dead, Franzschubert and The Schuubs, They Might Be Giants, Funkadelic, Poopzooka, Arcade Fire, the Shins, White Stripes, Dylan, Neil Young, early Metallica, Kool Keith, Floyd, Zep, Nirvana, Pulp, ODB, early WuTang, Automator, Andrew WK, Prince, Ozzy, Currently I'm listening to alot of The Clientele, Black Mountain, The Russian Futurists, Subtle/Doseone, and Bob Dylan's Theme Time Radio Hour (he's as good a dj/music historian as he was a songwriter; B'leee DAT!!)
Favourite books
Atlas Shrugged, Book of Laughter and Forgetting, Unbearable Lightness of Being, Steppenwolf, Fear & Loathing, One Flew Over the Cukoo's Nest, Tibetan Book of Dying, Be Here Now.....
Favourite movies
NEWEST: CLOVERFIELD (only in the theatre); ALL-TIME: every Woody Allen film from the 60's through the early 80's, The Wall, Caddyshack, One Flew Over the Cukoo's Nest, Goodfellas, LOTR, Roger Rabbit, Waking Life, Scanner Darkly, Robocop, Predator, The Shining, 2001, Godfather Trilogy, some Star Wars movies, Back To School, Ghostbusters, Royal Tannenbaums....
Favourite tv shows
Arrested Development, The Office (either version), Seinfeld, King Of Queens (highly underrated mainstream show, by the way), Simpsons, South Park, Family Guy, Adult Swim, Tim and Eric.... Dr. Phil... thats right, I admit it. He really does great things for ordinary people without overly sensationalizing or exploiting them (his producers and editors are another story; they make the show look like TMZ, but the content and his acts themselves are good for society. B'leee DAT!)
Favourite quotes
"Don't eat the yellow snow." "Don't take any wooden nickels."
