I've just finished packing (... okay, almost - I think I forgot something but I just can't figure out what yet) and at 5 AM tomorrow I will be sitting in a car going to the airport. We have to do a stopover in Riga, Latvia, and quickly get our bags over to the next plane and hop on, going the rest of the way to Madrid in Spain!

This is the place we're going to. It looks really nice and I'm hoping things will look exactly as they do in these pictures. Maybe even better. I've learnt from our trip to Thailand in 2007, that when booking hotels over the Internet, you can't always believe in what the pictures are telling you. Those pictures we saw of the Banito Resort surely were too good to be true; as we arrived to get a real shock.

I hope we're going to somewhere better this time. It's in the very middle of Madrid, so it's close to shopping and the city life. I can't wait 'til we're there!
