April 1st in Central New York State-Results of Extreme Weather

As I look out my apartment slider, this April 1st morning, the weather is acting 'normal'. 9:50am, 40 degrees with light rain. As it should be, but my confused my brain with images of full spring green grass is uneasy. The trees are budded out in flowers and young leaves already. The May flowers of daffodils, crocus, etc in full bloom. Yes, these are beautiful images and I am grateful of a beautiful view, but it's too early. For central New York state, this is not normal. We do not usually see the trees leafing out or in bloom until maybe Mother's day, around the second week of May. I must add, this view of mine, has looked like this for the past two weeks. I have an uneasy feeling in my stomach. This isn't normal. The weather in this world is trying to tell us something. We need to wake up and start taking care of the Earth, or.........
