Detective Q -----film/graphic novel idea

Detective Q:SETTING: fictional city of "Eleuzeta" or "LUZ"(pronounced EL-AY-OO-ZAY-TAH)TIME: futureCHARACTERS:"Detective Q" or Jamie Ballyonge- main character, not really what you would call a protagonist, very much brutal and compulsively violent. He was saved by Louis Heimdall at age 14. Q is left handed and is an inventor, his gun is a smith & wesson .500(50) modified to be .820(82) caliber and the bullets are called hole punchers due to their unique ability to create a perfect hole ranging anywhere from 40cm to 3 meters in diameter. his brother supposedly died by the original Detective Q. Q's left eye is covered by an eyepatch, the "Detective Q" that attacked him destroyed his eye, after the former Q was killed, Louis gave Q an eye transplant from the former Q, this eye has a strange effect, as it seems to make Q stronger, faster and more blood thirsty. as a kid he pretended he was a super hero named "Super Cat" and when starting in the organization his code name was "Dark Cat"."Detective E" or Vladimir DeBeautch- Detective Q's partner in the organization, more of a decent person, likes to capture criminals alive, does not approve of the way Q willingly places anyone in harms way to meet his goal. not much is known about him until the end of the story.the "Heimdall Organization"- a mob like organization with a stranglehold on the city, however the "detectives" clean up the streets of criminals that are seen as too much for the police to handle, this is seen to be a double edged sword seeing as the city has a tax that goes to the organization head, the detectives do not get paid considering most of them have been there since a young age.Louis Heimdall- the seventh heir to the control of this the organization, he favors Q, and usually gets the city off Q's back when large amounts of damage are caused, he saved Q from being decapitated by the former "Detective Q" and has raised Q as a son ever since. Louis is a reasonable man with no secret agenda, very straight forward and honest man but not a pushover, considering he killed the former "Detective Q" for insubordination. he does regular breathing exercises and meditation to keep himself calm and cool in every situation. he dies by the hands of "Vampire"."Q-Ball" or Quaid Ballyogne- Q's brother and the reason Q is named Q. thought to be dead and burned to a crisp until "Vampire" took him in and gave him extensive plastic surgery to reconstruct his face. Quaid is seen as the main antagonist in part 1 by the organization until his death. he draws Q in after the murder of Q's girlfriend(which he did not kill her) and fights him and dies. before dying Quaid tells Q of "Vampire" who had set everything up, with the promise of letting Quaid see Q again. When he was a kid with Q, his nickname in the game they played was "Q-Ball".Vampire- The main antagonist of the story in part 2. he first appears in part 1 as, well, a complete freak. detective Q shoots him in the chest and head supposedly killing him in part one. not much is known except for his appearance, his face is a deformed skull, he has no visible eyes, the skin on his hands are dead and charred, he has large fangs, he wears a wizards hat and costume and boots, his weapon is a cane which he can somehow turn into a large stick with a blade on the end. at the end he faces off against Q and the outcome is "not as planned" for Q.Malorie Adina- she meets Q when Q is on suspension due to the "endangerment of innocent civilians". both her and Q warm up to each other in a romantic relationship that end when she is murdered by Vampires men. Malorie is a very kind and loving person, she accepts Q for who he is and does not mind the fact that he has killed many, she was arrested as a protester against Heimdall 12 years prior to meeting Q when Zachary Heimdall was the head. after her death Q became partially schizophrenic and mentally unstable.PLOT:{the story is broken into 2 parts, not two separate stories, just a divide between events considering the events in part 2 are a year and a half after the events in part 1, the role of the antagonist also shifts}The "ultra violent" and sarcastic "Detective Q" goes after criminals for a mob like organization. a mysterious man by the name of Q-Ball entices Q to find him and fight him to the death. Q then comes to learn of the strange and ruthless man named Vampire who invites the world to come to hell with Q and himself.
