Earthqake victims kick politician delegate in the ass

Xochimilco is a municipality of Mexico City. Ancient mexicans built it on a lake, developing a peculiar agriculture technique. They created fields on vessels named "chinampas" and obtained enormous amounts of vegetables and fruits. Nowdays it is a touristic area, filled with floating restaurants through the channels of the lake. It is obvious that Xochimilco is a very active tectonic area.  Civilians are the main responsibles for the rescue and repairing at the aftermath of the earthquake that stroked Mexico city and surrounding staes, civilians seconds after the catastrofe and with no help from institutions started camps, rescue patrols, collection, storing and deliver of humanitary aid. Mexican army nowdays stopped fire in the war against the cartel (mostly outraging rural areas and defending organized crime) to help in the afected areas. Mexican marines are known for being less corrupted and they are a higher authority when police and infantry fail, they are in action. Broadcasting companies are slowly falling into oblivion and are despaerate for rating and to aplly the power that they been losing in the last 3 years. T.V is mostly showing politicians trying to gain likeability torwards presidential campaign. They can be seen on Television managing rescue teams and delivering help, but it is known by the public, they are being total hipocrites. as majority congress men refused to release money from politic parties and campaigns . People is asking the money marked to be used in the 2018 campaign to be released for rebuilding cities. Avelino Mendez is the delegate of the municipality from the politici party MORENA (Movimiento de Renovacion Nacional- National Regeneration Movement). And he visited the comunitty under his management only to receive a huge rejection, he was trying to take photos of himself pretending to help, he also refused to use public money to start rebuilding houses. A group of aproximatley 70 individuals started to yell at him, questioning his visit and rejecting him from town. A video that´s gone viral shows angry men and women, chasing him and sending him to fuck himself, kicking his ugly ass.
