IEだとサイト自体が正常に動作しません。他のブラウザ、Google ChromeやFirefoxで日本版でなく英語版のサイトにアクセスしてください。
サイトを右の方にスクロールしていくと、上の画像のような時計塔があります。その時計がリンクです。
