Just got back from the best show I have ever seen in my life. My family and I were about 5 people deep from the stage right smack in the center and right in front of Thom. Colin's bass stack changed the rhythm of my heartbeat.

Folks this show was much heavier than last night. And almost completely different in the set list. They were tight as could be and on fire. I presently forget which song Jonny first used his radio samples from the Chicago airwaves on and I will have to eventually view the set list. Cool to hear the score of the Cubs game announced. Cubs 8 Reds 7. I thought it was going to be time for National Anthem. But later on they did play National Anthem.

Seeing them that close and hearing stage sound is an experience I will never forget. It was loud, but my ears aren't even near ringing. Just loud, clear and pure.

The most talented and sincere band I have ever, or will ever, see. I also notice they keep to a schedule that demonstrates courtesy and compassion to their audience. The man told those of us way up front what time they would come on and when it would approximately end. I can't tell you how much easier it made it for me to make it through the show. Because honestly I was a little scared if I was going to be able to hack it.

Yes, there were a few that wanted to edge in and try and take your hard earned space. But for the most part everyone was pretty cool.

Also, big thank you to Radiohead and Jonny for bringing Junun along on this tour. Even my 16 year old son loved it and videographed much of it. I tried to explain to him that no other band would ever bring a group as unique as Junun on tour with them. The rhythms were phenomenal and Jonny is also one heck of a bass player.

Radiohead has been well known for 25 years at this point. Yet every song they play is still as fresh as if it were brand new. I've seen a lot of great shows in my 40 plus years of attending rock concerts. No one group ever came close to sounding as fresh as Radiohead. Because no one else takes chances like Radiohead.
