I am so done with them and their corrupt practices. I'm sure this rings true with many of you. Sitting in front of PC at 9:55- gnashing teeth ready to see my boys in NYC(or LA for some). 10:00 AM on the dot- start searching for 2 seats best available- says searching- 5 minutes still searching- 10 minutes still searching- 11 minutes- no seats available. WTF I scream and yell(add in many other colorful metaphors). I understand there are just 4 US shows and demand will be high- but how the FUCK do there authorized resellers have tix before I even have the chance to buy them!!!!!!!! I logged the following message to their customer support today- will post response if I get one(ha ha).

"I have a very serious inquiry for you. I am pretty fed up at this point. Tried to get Radiohead tickets for Madison Square Garden for either show in July 2016. Was on at 10 AM on the dot and of course couldn't get tix for either show. I understand that these are the only two shows for the east coast and demand is high. My question for you (and why I am so pissed) is how do your resellers have tix for sale before show even goes on sale. This stinks of impropriety(preferential treatment- do you get piece of their action??????).As a loyal fan this seems so wrong to me- they try to sell their tickets at $80 so all can go- yet before the they go onsale to general public- your authorized resellers have tix going from 180-1500 (before anyone can buy tix). On top of this there is a strict ID policy in place where even if I try to buy tix through reseller if my ID doesn't match credit card used for purchase- I will be denied addmission to venue. Please explain how this happens- I am 45 and not a newbie to this(100's of tix through your site)- but seeing resellers selling tix (0n your site)prior to actual on-sale blew my mind- so confused how you allow this and consider yourselves anything but unfair to your ticket buying public"
Just had to vent- congrats to anyone who gets to go!!!!! Guess I will just wait for new album and hope they do a full tour after these shows!!!!!
