So i have been saving a secret £200 away to buy US tour tickets to Seattle and Vancouver, and then i went and won tickets to the London BBC gigs last week. spent most of my tour money on doing that at short notice and now they go and release the tickets!Time to get the credit card limit pushed even further into the black!

I've started demos for the full length cd, and it's going well. I think I'm going to aim to be done with demos by the time I leave for majorca, so that I can take notes and brainstorm while I'm gone. Maybe this is a good idea, but it may also consume me...we'll see.I've already taken such extensive notes on these 11 songs, it's kind of crazy. I'm just worried...5 songs took me almost 5 months. How long will 11 take me? These 11 are so well suited for each other that I don't want to compromise any of them, but I don't want to waste away making them...I'm a pussy, I'll get over it.

August 24, 25 and 28!the 24th and 25th are at the Hollywood Bowl (where I saw The Flaming Lips).the show on the 28th is that the Santa Barbara Bowl (where I saw Modest Mouse).both are rather bitchin places to see Radiohead, but I have a feeling that the Santa Barbara show is gonna be way cooler.

Day 3 of the Street Fair, very loud dude walking around with a GIGANTIC picture of an aborted fetus. There's a time and a place, and it's usually not a sunny day when people are enjoying (or at least were) delicious, unhealthy food at the street fair.Also, anyone who expects pictures like that to move other people must be moved by them themselves, and if you believed that abortion was such a heinous deed, would you truly want to put it on a gigantic poster and parade it around, if it really made that much of an impact on you? If a photo made me feel strongly enough about something like that, I'd probably never want to see it again.I've started working on the full length cd, I think it's be good.I've almost applied for my RFID chip enhanced passport, I'm kinda sad. I'm really into self expression through creative outlets, I'm big on drawing, photography, computer arts and more recently, creative writing. Anyway, in an effort to better myself in that newest venture I'm taking a course at my Uni on the subject, and recently completed my first short story in many years.
