A poem for her

Share with me your secrets
Drop your heart in my hand
I will not judge
I will not measure
For I am blinded by your being
Bright as the sun in the night are your intentions
And it's easy to see
You mean no harm
Much beauty lies beneath your stained surface
And it's all I see
More radiant than the neon sky as day fades to dusk
I see beyond your fractured exterior
I see years to come in your eyes
Do not fear me
I will not treat you so poorly as others have
I see all that is good in the world
Under your skin
Pulsing in your heart
