I believe in love and commitment but not completely in marriage. I feel it’s about the two people and their bond, not a piece of paper or a legal agreement.I believe in honesty even when it’s excruciatingly hard because I feel it’s better to say something and regret it than always wishing you’d said it. I also understand that sometimes you just aren’t ready to say something and should wait until that moment is just right.I believe in taking friendships as seriously as romantic relationships, I believe they all need attention and effort.I believe in taking care of yourself first because you can’t help others if you can’t help yourself. Do what makes you happy before you try to help others.I believe in spirituality and everyone finding whatever works for them. If it’s an organized religion then go for it, if you want to pray to mangos then go for it. Spirituality should be whatever brings you a sense of peace.I believe that we don’t owe anyone anything, not family or friends. People shouldn’t do things out of obligation but more of appreciation.I believe that not all relationships last forever, including friendships, sometimes we just go different directions and if we’re really lucky we’ll get a second chance someday.I believe that not everyone is meant to have children, some are just meant to have animals and some maybe are just not meant to be responsible for anyone but themselves. To consciously make this decision instead of doing what everyone else is doing or doing what you think you are supposed to doI believe in being responsible for your own actions and not making excuses or blaming others. I made the decision to eat peanut m&ms yesterday and was not lured by the vending machine…or was I? If more people were responsible for their own actions the world would be a much better place and I could have more access to cool places to take picturesI believe in never settling, life is too short to live with less than you deserve.I believe in romance and passion in all forms. I need to kiss and hug every single day. I crave cuddling and warm loving touches. I adore holding hands and leaving love notes. All these things make life infinitely better.I believe in always learning more whether it’s a new subject or taking the time to spell better. Everyday I lookup a word that I’m not sure how to spell and I keep looking it up until I learn it, this has improved my spelling two-fold. I figure, I’ll be taken more seriously if I can spell right. In fact I just checked and I had spelled “commitment” wrong, now I know there are only 2 ts in it.I believe in being yourself and if you don’t know who that is, beginning the journey to finding that out.
