The audience was treated to blazing performances throughout the night from celebrated singers Freddie Jackson, Cee Lo Green, Common, Chrisette Michelle, Mary Mary, Marsha Ambrosius, Musiq Soulchild, Anthony Hamilton, Tamar Braxton, Original 7ven (The Group Formerly Known As The Time), Robin Thicke, Melanie Fiona, Bebe Winans, Joe, Lalah Hathaway and Kenny Latimore. Hosted by the original king of comedy, Cedric “The Entertainer,” the 2011 SOUL TRAIN AWARDS premiered on both CENTRIC  and BET on Sunday, November 27 at 9:00 p.m.*
