Thirteen or twelve

There are 13 notes in an octave... or twelve if you don't count the same note repeated.

But 13 is the next octave...it is the start of the next octave. Intrinsically tied to the preceding octave, as it shares the same vibrational frequency, but different nonetheless.

Pi is not a number.... it is a frequency.... the frequency of evolution, or the frequency of expansion......

As nothing is stagnant.....we fail in science trying to pin down something with a formula.... you cant pin down something in constant flux..... you can just measure the degree or frequency of flux.

And as always... everything in its right place.
