Record Store Day, [which is a legit, real thing] celebrates the importance and historical nature of local record shops and pay homage to these houses of cool LPs, rare releases, and employers of often overly prententious know-it-alls. But still, getting into the spirit of it all isn't all that hard considering that rare release element just mentioned.

Wilco, whose latest 'The Whole Love' is already in stores, is getting a 4-track limited record store-only vinyl supplement titled 'Speak Into The Rose' that includes two unreleased songs from the cutting room floor, and two alternate demos of songs 'I Might' and 'Art Of Almost'--perhaps the best songs on the album. The record hit indie record shops Friday and are in very limited supply.
