Emergency Appeal to Defend Pain Patient Rights

Dear Radiohead Friends,Sorry to bother you with an issue that may not be of interest to you and possibly considered too personal; but this is an issue that will affect millions in The States and of course my wife and I very deeply. I think it would even be appropriate for folks from the UK, Canada and elsewhere respond to this if you can find the time to send a short message to register disgust with a country that would consider such a horrible policy. Here is an extremely important call for immediate action from the American Pain Foundation dated June 9th._______________________________________________________________________________________It says in part:URGENT CALL TO ACTION!The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) may remove important pain medications from the market or could very likely limit access to certain pain medications that are currently legally prescribed to millions of Americans suffering from pain. The FDA needs to hear how vital access to these medications is to people with pain and what tragic results could occur if they were denied access to these medications or if additional barriers were created making access more difficult for people who are legally prescribed these medications.ACTION REQUESTEDSend a letter to the FDA sharing your story about how their decisions would impact you or your loved one. The FDA MUST receive your letters by Tuesday, June 30th, so don’t delay. The pertinent addresses are at the sitehttp://action.painfoundation.org/site/MessageViewer?em_id=9981.0&printer_friendly=1.The APF statement and sample testimony is also given. The Entire CALL TO ACTION IS AT : http://www.painfoundation.org/ _____________________________________________________________________________________Needless to say if they limit, temporarily or permanently ban such pain medications it will extremely limit activity level and quality of life for millions of chronic pain sufferers like my wife Carol and myself. It could very likely result in the deaths of tens of thousands of people who can nor longer live with the pain and limitation of their lives. Please write a short note if possible to send to the FDA hearings at the addresses listed in the APF CALL TO ACTION and point out chronic pain sufferers should not have to pay for those who choose to abuse useful and essential pain medication. Chronic pain patients will either have to deal with being totally incapacitated, get pain medications from other sources or result to suicide to deal with such a barbaric policy.Carol and I thank you for your time,Bronson Rozier

Long Time No Here

Hi There?I really don't come here often enough. Life is pretty crazy (as usual) for me. Things on my plate:1. Currently producing EIMIC's (Everything is Made in China) second LP here in Toronto and remotely in Moscow, where 33.33% of the band are currently positioned. So far we have spent over 20 days in my studio here in Toronto. We have less than 12 days left to finish the record!2. It is NXNE (North by North East) music fest here in Toronto. My "career" band, Tin Star Orphans, is playing 5 showcases! Currently have 2 more to go: one at 1 AM @ the Cadillac Lounge and one at 3 AM @ the Horseshoe Tavern (Basically Queen West).3. EX~PO (my musical project) is finally playing live again here in Toronto. June 24th @ the Boat (Kensington Market) and August 6th @ Holy Joes (Queen West). We don't play live often. In fact, we plan to do these two shows and then disappear into studio-land to write/record our second LP. Meanwhile, check out our first LP, central meaner street ~WEBSITEITUNESITUNES alternative4. While all this is happening, I'm also producing a second record by local Torontonians, The Schomberg Fair (over 4 days!).!It's good to be busy!

wakie wakie rise and shine

I havent blogged in a while but Im still around, just havent gotten the motivation to write anything but I have been asked to update my blog; so here I am updating my blog.Ive recently noticed that the morning is a bitch of a time to be enemies with physics. I swear I find myself arguing with the laws of reality because of something I was too lazy to set up correctly falls over or something gets caught on my foot and falls over or I bump into something. I curse the very fabric of reality and curse the universe; "damn you physics! why do you punish me so!"Arguing with inantimate objects is another thing that goes hand in hand with my seemingly winless war on pointless arguments. I know that they cant hear me and I know they cant argue back and I know that its a freaking object but that stupid expressionless piece of crap table knows it stubbed my toe on purpose but its hiding its little stupid smirk behind that unflinching no expression front. Fuck you table! I know what youre up to, you wont fool me fucker! Why cant physics just give me a break in the morning? I feel like science feels like screwing with me when I have the least amount of patience and it does. If I could I would just blame it all on a faceless God that likes to screw around with people with no reason other than, he works in mysterious ways. Fuck Science, who needs science when you have a crazy faceless God with a sense of humor that likes to fuck with you in the morning. Thanks Science.......I mean God.

DESORIENTACION

Look for.....

I was looking for you....in the dark
I didn't found you that night. But i found you tonight
When you were looking for me....i was hiding, because i didn't want that you see me with the broken heart
My heart was broken because i stopped dreaming about you, about us
I didn't want that you see me with my empty brain, with no ideas
Because i was wondering what you like about me.....
I didn't want to ask....because i knew that you won't want to tell me
So i looked for in my memories. I think that is my creativity....my ability to create things.
Now...my brain is empty.
Now....you won't like me
Now..i'm hiding...again....so you can't see my empty brain.
I found you tonight....i love the way you smell, the way you talk...you haven't change
But you keep trying to look at me, to see my thoughts....but i don't want to
I'm so embarresed....what can i offer you???
We start to argue....and i cry
You, you just can't know what's wrong with me....if i'm depressed, if i'm having my period......

But i don't want to tell you the truth...because i don't want that you leave me.
I know that the only thing that i can offer you are my thoughts
So you keep looking for me.....i hope that you can find me....someday

And i know when you can find me....when i find myself

VIDEOTAPE

IMAGINO UN VIDEOTAPE Q REPRODUZCA LA MADEJA ENREDADA QUE INTENTA TEJER MI CABEZA, UNA CINTA QUE REPRODUJERA SIN STOP SIN PAUSE Y SIN CENSURA LO QUE SOY, EN LO QUE STOY LO QUE ME ARRASTRA HOY HASTA AQUI, DONDE LA ESPECTADORA SOLO SEA YO, EN DONDE PUEDA ENTENDER MIRANDOME YO MISMA DESDE AFUERA HACIA ADENTRO SIN MIEDO, Y PODER DECIR Q TENGO EL CONTROL QUE ES MI VIDA QUE YA SE ME SE TODA LA TRAMA DE ESA CINTAA QUE SOLO YO LA CONOZCO QUE HAY ALGUNOS Q LA CONOCEN PERO CORTADA INCONCLUSA, PERO QUE AL FINAL NADIE CONOCE SU DESCENLACE, TIENE FINAL SI, PERO EL FINAL LO VERE DESDE MAS ALLA,CON OTROS COLORES DONDE REALMENTE SE VE LO QUE ES, AL FINAL.

Thom Yorke has agreed to stage a rare solo performance at this year’s Latitude Festival in Suffolk, England. The performance will take place at noon on Sunday, July 19, which is the festival's final day.Speaking to London’s BBC, festival organizer Melvin Benn said he knew it was a long shot when he put in the bid for Yorke, who will do the show during a special time slot during which no other artists are on-stage anywhere on the festival grounds.“I very much just as a wild card thought well... wouldn't it be nice to offer it to Thom Yorke,” Benn said. “Without knowing that he wanted to perform on his own, obviously he's got Radiohead performances at the end of the summer with us at Reading & Leeds. We just fancied making the offer... he came back very, very quickly and said 'Yes'.”Yorke released his debut solo album, Eraser, in 2006. He’s since done the occasional acoustic show without Radiohead. Benn told the BBC that other musicians may or may not accompany Yorke during his performance.“He's asked whether he can have other musicians perform with him, of course we have said, ‘Yes’,” Benn said. “We have no idea who those musicians will be, if indeed they are there at all.”http://www.gibson.com/en-us/Lifestyle/News/radioheads-yorke-609/

Radiohead hit the studio for new album

Colin Greenwood speaks about follow-up to 'In Rainbows'May 18, 2009Radiohead's Colin Greenwood has told NME.COM the Oxford band have begun recording their new album with producer Nigel Godrich. The bassist revealed that the band went into the studio to start work on the follow-up to 2007's 'In Rainbows' last week (beginning May 11)"We've just started work [in the studio] last week," he told NME.COM. "It's really cool and everything is sounding great. It's early days and it is a bit like having a scrapbook at the moment because everything is up in the air, but it's good to be back in the studio."He was quick to praise Godrich, who has produced every Radiohead album since 1997's 'OK Computer'."He's brilliant," Greenwood gushed. "He can make everything sound like it's working together rather than us trying to kill each other."Greenwood was speaking at Brighton's Great Escape festival, which took place over the weekend (May 13-16).http://www.nme.com/news/radiohead/44728
