a story i heard was the united state buys stock pile of nuclear weapons to use in the US nuclear plants, The technology exist to build a reactor which will recycle nuclear waste , therefore solving the polilitics of where are we gonna store radioactive waste,,,,they were shut down during the scare in the 70s of three mile island,, of course politically involved to keep the fossil fuel companies in business for another 50 years or more, I feel it's the cleanest energy we humans will ever know in this generation, even solar power and the manufacturing of that technology is extremely pollutant. Lets just keep these reactors away from major fault lines and waterways.
