Diary of a Stealth Bomber
They thought we were a boat in the dark of the miserable sea. Some knew when to watch-out.
Not all our missions are as succesful as we'd like. Radar jamming isn't necessary.
Thought it would help.
With a success rate of 25%, you take everything you can get. "Poker on the Sea", Gale called it.
Not until we got captured did it all sink in. Not all targets were hostile pirate boats.
Hits on the country's infrastructure were bombing practice.
"Moral", the chief calls it.
"It was dirty warfare".
On the ground the game of war was changed. Soldiers died mid combat due to untimely heart attacks.
It was like fighting a population with a time bomb on their chest.
Any sudden rush of adrenol...
Many died the night before, during sex.
The rules of war change once the dirt hits.
Some follow them, most don't. But the ones that do are the dangerous ones.
Math involved, I knew we'd be out by dawn.
