I recently purchased tickets for the Seattle show during the presale. This is my first time purchasing the tickets through the waste website (first Radiohead experience). It seems legit. However, I read that this is a paperless ticket tour, yet waste mails you your tickets. For those that have purchased tickets from here and have attended the recent paperless ticket shows, how will this work when the show date actually arrives? I paid a lot for these and I don't want to get to the show and realize I can't use the tickets due to the fact that it specifically says its a paperless tour. I read somewhere that there are sometimes entrances for waste tickets holders. Probably a silly question for most of you, and I'm probably reading too far into this, but I would like some answers please. Thanks.
i really glad Radiohead is gonna come to Japan.
last year, Japan has been struck by disaster.
some foreign musicians canceled their shows in Japan, i think it cannot be helped.
and im worried Radiohead won't come to Japan any more...
but they took thought for us.
his words moved me to tears.
they encouraged us with their music, i'd like to thank Radiohead.
then this year, they decided to come to Japan!
im very pleased and can't wait to see them!!!!

Is anyone else excited for School Of Seven Bells' new album Ghostory next month? I am. And to show how excited they are as well, SOSB has been so kind as to deliver a second new single unto us titled 'Lafaye'. Its a dazed and fazed dancey tune that is reminiscent of The Sounds and The Joy Formidable. Which, is a very good thing.
Grab the track below. Be sure to check out the albm when it arrives 2/28.

Lafaye is the tormented character from the upcoming album...
Wayne Coyne is a rare breed. One of those gifted few who can turn even the wackiest idea into a reality seemingly with only sheer will and a little follow-through. But we know it takes a little bit more work than that. Last year, The Flaming Lips worked with Neon Indian on a 12'' vinyl-only EP, then set out to work with Yoko Ono & The Plastic Ono Band. But he didn't stop there. He also recorded with Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeroes and Bad Seeds frontman, Nick Cave.
Not one to take a break from his creative undertakings, Coyne recently set out to make some sweet melodies with Bon Iver [Oh yay!] and even crafted a wishlist of other musicians he hopes to work with, including: Lykke Li, Erykah Badu and..[perhaps oddest of all] Ke$ha.
He's hoping to have the multi-artist LP out sometime in April, and it seems like a very reachable timeframe considering all the hardwork he and the Lips put into their 6-hour 'Found A Star On The Ground', and then subsequently 24-hour: '7 Skies H3' song.
In the meantime, check out their joint-effort with Neon Indian.

everyone loves a good musical 'smoosh'....
I loved you the first time I laid eyes upon you
I collapsed into giggles on leather seats
shake me baby
I took some 2cb
Is it the pills or is it just me
you can't possibly love me
and now I see
how wretched the cocktails of drugs and loneliness can be.
Rip out this heart and spoon feed it back into me
I've nothing left
I am neutral
I am bereft
Fuck all that is, Fuck god and country
they wouldn't give me you
now all I'm left with is church on Sundays.
And even after all this time
I still cannot let go
pathetic I know, ravenous in longing
I pity this heart drowned in the wanting
I pity this house with mortar and bricks for every window
locks for every door
without fire escapes
without fire escapes
without fire escapes
for the poor need to die, bury the cockroach's all seeing eye.
Keep your head above water
and your boat off the rocks
these bastards keep breeding hope with their cocks
but I've no trifling need for children
no future with you
I'm the vapor in the morning
heavily medicated now and subdued
but I still lie awake, trying to forget you.
