got my tickets and of course it was going to be a hassle seeing so many wanted TICKETS. You all unlucky folks out there, well let me just say i am sorry that you don't have the same fortune that i experienced. I am happy. :D. you should've came earlier HAHA
why would they design their system to even make that possible?
Worst. Pre-sale. Site. Ever.
They don't tell you ANYTHING about your status or what you should be doing. I refreshed for about an hour, then I finally got to the order page. Yea!!! Or so I thought. I put in my order for 4 tickets, then it DROPPED ME and sent me back to the beginning! Now they're sold out. I order pre-sale tickets all the time, and I've never encountered a clusterf*ck like this website.
And whose brilliant idea was it to put 3 weeks of shows on sale the same day?

i had a horrible experience also. i never got to choose tickets, it just kept telling me that i hadn't picked any tickets or took more than 5 minutes. that sandbag company con not handle this many requests. i think radiohead has way too many fans interested in pre-sale tickets for that sandbag company. i hope i can buy them on saturday and that sandbag doesnt handle that sale.

WTF! My basket was empty the entire damn time, could get tickets to safe my life. I emailed support and got no response, and now....they're just sold out.

Very sad presale is over, I have been trying for 2 hours and nothing, now i have to wait until Saturday !!!!!
I got through, put in 3 tickets and it said not enough ticket available... I should've put 2 tickets....... online pre-sale always suck... good luck everyone on saturday.... I was able to get tix for the cure in NYC on ticketmaster if it makes you guys feel better.
Not a chance of even selecting tix for 2 hours, and they're all gone. But magically there are already at least 80 tickets for sale on a resale - SCALPER - site. THIS IS WHY YOU DO NOT OPEN UP PRESALES TO ANYONE ON THE WORLD WHO WNATS TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK!!!
Sorry - very, very pissed right now.
I tried to buy tickets for two hours, got through TWICE, and the server crashed after I entered my info BOTH TIMES. I am so incredibly disappointed...

I literally sat there for about the last hour refreshing, I actually got in once but chose reserved seating which apparently was sold out and it took me out of the ticket selection. I was losing all hope, hitting refresh for the next 45 mins and then the gates of Radiohead heaven broke loose and the site let me choose tickets again! this time I did general admission though, got three of them. And now I'm bouncing off the walls in excitement.
Moral of the story: CONTINUALLY CLICK ON THE BUY TICKETS BUTTON UNTIL THE APOCALYPSE.
I just bought another ticket for Tampa! they havent sold out, just keep clicking ''Please click here to continue.'' on the empty basket message
