I don't understand why they chose to do it this way. They should have:
1) Staggered the city sales.
2) Told us when each city will go on sale.
3) Chose a user-friendly website.
For all of their supposedly technology-embracing attitude, it seems like Radiohead missed the mark with something so simple as ticket sales.
I checked just about every hour from 2 am on. At 6am, took a bath and took the phone in with me,just happened to hit refresh and got 2 floor tickets.
I had some problems as my bank would not let the sale go through,tried 4 times,had to use my credit card.
As of 10 minutes ago they still had tickets,don't give up.
did dallas or austin sell out?!?! I'm so confused :(

Radiohead's website makes no sense. It tells me to buy tickets but then loops me into a page telling me there's nothing in my cart! WTF?! Am I SOL?

I was in an email circular hell for an hour, going back and forth between "No items in basket" and "Buy tickets." I finally got to the purchase page, bought 4 tickets, entered my contact information, then when it said "enter password," I put in my password and it spun for 10 minutes before telling me "Your password is already in use." Of course it is asshol*s, I'm on your friggin' site!! THEN IT DROPPED ME. Worst pre-sale site I've ever been on.
I hope this doesn't mess up my order :x The website didn't specify.
My bank was still charged and I got the order confirmation so perhaps I'm golden. You don't need billing addresses when ordering over the phone so maybe I'm fine.
