http://www.chiayicity2010.com.tw/Chiayi City, Taiwan in 2010 held "Inernational Band Festival" 19th next year, 2011 will be the 20th, but also the anniversary of Taiwan's founding years, I expect, said many countries would be invited to play band music. Is not rare in Taipei, but the Chiayi City.
