greenfields at the end of the world

2008oil on canvas.painted this for my friend Tom Masterton's birthday (he never took it though..he forgot to..anyways i kept it).tom told me to paint something that brings me peace, so i painted this. but not because it brings me peace... i just couldn't paint anything but the sky during this time! no matter what else i tried ...it came out as the sky.
