In Rainbows

My guides are spoiling me with lovely signs today. First the sun hole in the dark cloud to project diamonds on the lake then now these rainbows on my wall. The lesson is never to despair and even if you can't prevent it, ask and you will be shown you're not alone. Only thing I found is you need to quieten your fears and monkey mind and sit in that silent contemplative vibration. <3
